Louis happened to be coming nearby for another job, so he came by the same day to investigate the damage. After I described the problem, he recommended a solution that was unfortunately outside the scope of work that M&J offers. Louis told me that M&J could repair the damage, but a better, longer-term fix should be performed by another type of contractor. I should also mention that the fix he recommended will be less expensive than the one he could have offered. I really appreciate such honesty and integrity. When I have roofing issues in the future, I will definitely call M&J.
